It has a matte finish, it is part of the permanent range!!
i used it with my Rimmel Exagerrate full color lip liner
in shade 024 (RED DIVE)
MAC Lipsticks are vanilla-scented but taste-free. Matte
Russian Red wears around six hours typically and
will stain. I find the texture of Russian Red lipstick to be
creamier than some of MAC’s drier matte formulas, but I
don’t find it drying...
over all im in love with this lipstick its a beautiful sexy sluttry
color...will look gorgeous with naked neuteral eye look...:)
